Whether you love or hate ladyboys, I guess there's no denying that a Bangkok Christmas is a heck of a lot more appealing than Christmas in Farangland.

Bangkok: 25-30C temperatures, bars full of beautiful ladies and an affordable cost of living.

The zombies in my bit of Farangland are droning round in a Christmas obsessed trance. January will be dominated by storms, snow, fallen trees, credit card bills, colds and flu and the awfulness of spending up to 40 hours a week in a job you hate with colleagues you detest.
